VI Latin American Leasing Conference Summary
The VI Latin American Leasing Conference took place at the Biscayne Bay Marriott in Miami during November. The conference, which was organized by The Alta Group, focused on surviving the current credit and economic crisis. Other topics included regional discussions and spotlights on specific opportunities such as agricultural and software leasing. in spite of ominous economic conditions, more than 60 top players of the equipment leasing and financing industry in Latin America were in attendance.
The annual conference is the premier educational and networking event for leasing executives and associations throughout Latin America. FELALEASE, the Federation of Latin-American Leasing Companies, conducts its annual assembly during the meeting.
