Raúl Valencia Del Toro, senior managing director of The Alta Group in Latin America, is based in Mexico City. He is a Mexican attorney expert in asset based financing, including lease and equipment financing, and a commercial notary public in Mexico, graduated with honors from National Autonomous University of Mexico, being worthy of the GabinoBarreda medal for highest grade point average. Raúl has a master’s degree with honors in corporate law from the Panamerican University, and has 21 years of experience in corporate, financial and administrative law. He held various management level positions at Kraft General Foods Mexico, Banco Interacciones, and Cargill of Mexico. Raúl provides continuous advisory to the Mexican Leasing Association (“AMSOFAC”), to the Mexican Factoring Association (“AMEFAC”) and to the Mexican Specialized Financing Companies Association (“AMFE”). Languages: Spanish and English. Raúl leads the legal support services practice group of The Alta Group in Latin America.
