Kieran is the founder of Invigors Ireland and an executive director and co-owner of Invigors EMEA. He brings over 30 years of experience in finance. He advises clients on operational excellence, go-to-market country reviews, captive and vendor entity creation. He offers systems advisory and operations support in leasing across Europe, the Middle East and Africa in generalist and captive leasing.

Kieran has deep experience in equipment finance, acting as operations director EMEA for Cisco Capital prior to joining Invigors. In that role he managed the set-up of captives and supporting operational infrastructure across ten countries in EMEA. He spent 16 years with Cisco Capital as EMEA operations director and acting as board member of their EMEA capital entity boards

Prior to Cisco, after training with Price Waterhouse, he joined Smurfit Leasing as a newly qualified accountant, later moving to Smurfit Paribas Bank as chief accountant. He then moved to Woodchester Bank as a CFO in leasing and insurance divisions, before being appointed CFO of their Portugal operations. Woodchester was acquired by GE Capital, which was a great opportunity to learn the rigour of Lean Six Sigma.

Outside of work, Kieran plays golf and has an avid interest in reading, cooking and travel. Kieran graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the National University of Ireland in Galway and is an Irish chartered accountant
