Raúl Valencia Del Toro, Legal Manager of The Alta Group Latin American Region in Mexico, is an attorney with more than thirty years of experience in the leasing industry. Raúl supports clients with in-depth knowledge of Mexican and Latin-American leasing law and extensive experience in commercial law, financial law, administrative and tax law and corporate and transactional matters.

Raul has provided legal services for more than twenty years to Mexican and multinational corporations including Cargill, Cat Financial, De Lage Landen, John Deere Financial, Navistar, Volvo, Toyota, Cisco, NADABNK, GM Mexico and GM Financial. Earlier in his career, Raúl oversaw legal manager positions in Kraft Foods of Mexico, Interacciones Bank and Cargill of Mexico. His deep experience includes certification by ACAMS, the Mexican Banking Commission, and the Mexican Financial Unit in in anti-money laundering and terrorism financing prevention.

Raúl is a regular keynote speaker at leasing conventions and forums, a Commercial Notary Public in Mexico, and a main partner of the law firms Valencia Del Toro & Professionals and Valencia Del Toro Abogados. Raúl is fluent in English and Spanish.
