A client selected a solution to replace their legacy leasing platform and now sought support to oversee the implementation resources.

SOLUTION

The Alta Group gathered the systems provider team, the implementation partner, and the business to construct a detailed project plan and concrete deliverables. Alta led the prioritization of personas and stories for each implementation sprint and provided external market insight into “must have” vs. “nice to have.” Hands-on advisory support from Alta allowed the client to balance the wants of business users accustomed to the legacy system with the capabilities of the new tool and imaginative ideas and insights. This transformation support accelerated delivery and the first wave was live in four months. Once the system was live, Alta supported the user training for new and experienced users.
