A fintech Lending-as-a-Service company was seeking growth through alternative market expansion opportunities. The company desired to understand the competitive dynamics of the equipment leasing and finance market as well as the potential to offer Leasing-as-a-Service to bank and vendor clients.

SOLUTION

We also conducted an extensive outreach effort to potential vendor bank partners in order to assess the demand for Equipment Finance-as-a-Service. Based on our learnings from the outreach exercise, Alta created a market entry plan dimensioning options to introduce and position Lending-as-a-Service capability for the micro and small ticket origination needs of vendors, captives and bank owned equipment finance companies.
