A large independent funder needed to examine the feasibility and opportunity for entry into a new asset category that would grow the existing portfolio and expand into managed services.

Alta also analyzed the competitive financing landscape for ease of market entry of those assets into the end selection process. The advisory support addressed specific emerging requirements and opportunities to incorporate an “as a service” financing option.
