Global solution provider required an assessment of its product to enter a new market

SITUATION

A solution provider with implementations in several countries was looking for an assessment of the potential its solutions would have to enter selected attractive Latin american countries, and the challenges and opportunities this strategy could envision.

SOLUTION

The Alta Group provided a high level overview of the Latin American potential target clients and countries, identifying challenges and opportunities. Together with the client´s development team, Alta carried out several working sessions during which potential gaps between the solution´s capabilities and the target market customs and regulatory environment were identified, providing an insight into “must have” vs. “nice to have” and adjustment difficulty. The delivered assessment provided the client a better understanding of the market potential, what adjustments should be required to enter it and a high level understanding of the required customization effort.
