A Latin American lessor was in looking for long term financing to be able to achieve organic growth on long lifecycle asset markets that exceeded their usual funding sources. The client engaged The Alta Group, which is in constant relationship with funders and multilateral organizations, to present the opportunity to potential funding sources that could be interested in their portfolio risk profile.

SOLUTION

Alta evaluated the client´s portfolio risk profile and business plan, developed the corresponding teasers and presented the funding opportunity to potential funders that could be interested in the required risk, term and cost objective. Alta collaborated with the client in presentations and providing consultancy to comply with the selected funding partner requirements. As a result, the client obtained a 7 year loan agreement in accordance with the defined objective.
